Nicole, along with her husband Rob, operated their own nonprofit, youth-centered program for over 10 years in Prince George’s County, Maryland. As the Operations Director, she not only handled administrative tasks but was also hands-on with the kids as well on a daily basis. She organized fundraising events, community outreach activities, and was the backbone of their program.

Nicole is a mom to 3 beautiful children, RJ, Harmony, and Melody, and finds being a mom is the best job in the world.
